Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute and complete the company's procurement target tasks;
2. According to the procurement plan requirements, complete the price inquiry, comparison, and negotiation, and track the arrival and coordinate on-site receiving and warehousing;
3. Complete the signing of procurement contracts, application for payment of accounts payable, and invoice verification;
4. Responsible for handling procurement information and timely preparation of all analysis reports;
5. Improve and optimize the procurement process, control procurement quality and cost;
6. Responsible for supplier management, supplier evaluation, certification, management and assessment;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, five years or more of working experience in the same industry and position
2. Possessing good organizational and coordination abilities within and across departments, good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork ability;
3. Possessing strong professional ethics.
