Job Responsibilities:
1. Bidding and Quotation Management: Cooperate with project bidding, responsible for cost estimation and quotation preparation.
2. Subcontractor Bidding: Organize the bidding process for subcontractors, review bids, and ensure the selection of cost-effective and technically strong subcontractors.
3. Contract Management: Lead the drafting, review, signing, and execution supervision of contract documents.
4. Engineering Payment Audit and Payment: Audit progress payment applications during the project.
5. Change Order Review: Review changes and change orders in the project.
6. Settlement Management: Responsible for the final settlement of the project, including collecting on-site meeting minutes, negotiations, change orders, technical and commercial documents, summarizing costs, comparing bid costs, target costs, and actual costs, determining the company's settlement goals, preparing settlement documents, and negotiating settlements with subcontractors and clients.
Job Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering Cost, Financial Management, Engineering Management, Economics or related majors.
2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in cost control and contract management in the environmental protection engineering industry.
3. Professional Skills: Familiar with engineering costing, contract management, cost control and other related professional knowledge, proficient in Excel and other office software and engineering costing software.
4. Ability Requirements: Possess good data analysis ability, negotiation skills and communication and coordination ability; have good professional ethics and dedication, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
