Hydrolox® needlepunch filter media provides surface filtration properties, effectively enhancing pulse cleaning efficiency and extending filter bag lifespan.
• Material Advantages: Utilizing the Group's proprietary Hydrolox HCE ultra-clean needlepunch filter media for bag manufacturing, completely replacing ePTFE coated materials, enhancing filter bag lifespan, filtration efficiency, and application range.
• Abrasion Resistance: The special filter media forming process can fully withstand high dust concentrations and the scouring of abrasive dust on the filter media surface, maintaining stable dust collection efficiency over the long term.
• Retrofit Advantages: When dust collectors are spatially constrained and cannot be comprehensively retrofitted for ultra-low emissions, this product can achieve ultra-low emissions of 5mg-10mg without modifying the dust collector, handling filtration air speeds exceeding 1m/min.
• Long Lifespan: Under normal circumstances, the lifespan of polyester filter bags in steel plants is only about 2 years. The Hydrolox HCE needlepunch ultra-clean filter bags provided by our Group, in the raw material output dust removal operation of a steel plant in Shandong, have maintained emissions below 5mg/m3 for nearly five and a half years since commissioning in November 2020.

• Dust Collection Advantage: The filter cartridge is short, leaving ample space in the dust collector, which is beneficial for the self-settling of dust and prevents secondary adhesion of dust from being blown.
